GlidePoint® Circle Trackpads

The GlidePoint circle pads are unique round trackpads designed by Cirque for use in game controllers, remote controllers and other devices requiring custom and versatile interfaces. 

The circle shape can replace or supplement a traditional analog stick or directional pad. Because its a true trackpad (not simply a gesture pad), these modules are completely customizable and can dynamically support different input modes. Set it as a d-pad replacement for quick scrolling through menus, or a precision tracking device for sniper mode. 

These GlidePoint trackpads use a proven Cirque's capacitive touch controller system-on-chip for an easy to implement solution with extremely low power consumption, ideal for battery powered devices.

Sample Code and Development Hardware
